From Cuenca to Quito

I was born in Cuenca, at 2,547 metres, between the Tomebamba river and the domes of the New Cathedral. There I worked a hostel front desk and sold over the phone to customers in the United States. Today I work in Quito, 447 kilometres north on the Pan-American Highway, and study Finance and Business Administration at USFQ.

The road between them climbs to 3,583 m near Mocha and drops to 1,584 m between Chunchi and Alausí. It is the profile you see below as you read.

A year in tech support

From August 2024 to August 2025 I was a bilingual technical support specialist at Hostinger, helping customers all over the world, remotely, in Spanish and English. That is where I learned to explain hard things in plain words.
