Online store with an AI advisor
C.16 Beauty Studio
A beauty salon’s online store: professional hair products, an AI advisor that recommends before you buy, and payments in up to 12 instalments.

Where it started
Selling online without losing the salon’s advice.
With professional hair products the question is not the price, it is whether the product suits your hair. In the salon a stylist answers that. In a generic store, nobody does.
C.16 needed a store that felt like part of the salon: original brands, advice before buying, and checkout that works with Ecuadorian cards.
The answer
A custom store with an advisor that never sleeps.
Arthur, an AI hair advisor, is on every page. He answers in Spanish, helps people choose and runs a four question diagnosis that builds a routine for that hair type.
Routines by brand turn single products into full treatments, which is how the salon sells them.
Checkout is built for Ecuador: card payments through PagoPlux in up to 12 instalments, bank transfer, cash on delivery or pickup at the salon.
An AI advisor, a diagnosis that builds routines and a bilingual catalogue are business logic, not plugins. That is why it is custom built in Next.js and Supabase: it can change without waiting for someone else’s plugin update.
