Website and email for a travel agency
Recorre Travel
The site of an Ecuadorian travel agency: advice for the US tourist visa explained in three steps, packages with prices in view, and an appointment one form or one WhatsApp away.

Where it started
A procedure that scares people sells by being explained.
The US tourist visa raises specific questions: the DS-160 form, the documents, the consular interview. The home page starts from those questions, in the words people use to ask them.
The agency also sells packages and travel insurance. The site had to make the main service clear without hiding the rest.
The answer
Three steps, one action and prices in view.
The service is summed up in three steps: book the appointment, review documents and forms, prepare the interview. The home page repeats one action: book.
Packages show the price at a glance: Punta Cana, Mexico and the Riviera Maya, Cartagena and Barú, and the Galápagos.
I also moved the agency’s email to QuitoWeb without losing a message.
What it has
